• Loading sales orders: This can be loaded directly from your ERP/Sales system or manually as required. Key information :- quantity, delivery date and the parts required. ^{One unique feature of the system is you can either set up codes for every product, or we can take the order line information.}

• Parts are sent to the correct operations using the default route for each component, should you need to change this can be done just before production starts.

• Job now appears on the Master Schedule and all of the individual schedules based on the delivery date. _{[ When setting up the system you set the number of workdays before delivery for each operation. The system includes a holiday calendar]}

• Now to Operations. Here you see a list of all your operations

• Behind each operation is a schedule linked to the Master Schedule. Example the Saw. _{[The Saw is set 4 days behind the delivery date as per the initial setup].}

• Click on the job, only parts show for this operator to complete.

• As they complete each part. Red/Amber/Green

• Let’s take another operation the EdgeBander, we only see the components required to go through this machine.

This makes it easy for the operator to ensure they complete only the items assigned to their operation
